Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Luminette blinds different from vertical blinds?
Luminette blinds use soft fabric vanes suspended between sheer panels, creating a drapery-like aesthetic. Traditional vertical blinds use individual rigid vanes. Luminettes offer a softer, more elegant appearance.
Can Luminettes cover sliding glass doors?
Yes. Luminettes are one of the best solutions for sliding glass doors, offering smooth traversal and a sophisticated look that far surpasses traditional vertical blinds.
How do I operate Luminette blinds?
Luminettes traverse open and closed with a wand or motorized system. The fabric vanes rotate independently with a separate control for privacy adjustment.
Are Luminette blinds available with motorization?
Yes. We offer PowerView motorization for both traversal and vane rotation, with full smart home integration including scheduling, scenes, and voice control.
