I recently had motorized shades installed by Alluring Window, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for quality.
The shades themselves are absolutely top-notch—sleek, modern, and incredibly smooth in operation. The motorization works flawlessly, and being able to control the shades with the touch of a button (or even remotely) has completely upgraded the comfort and convenience of my space.
What really stood out was the customer service. The team took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was perfectly measured and installed. They were punctual, clean, and respectful of my home throughout the process.
