Measuring & Site Conditions

·       Alluring Window provides complimentary consultation and full window measurements.

·       If the client chooses to provide measurements independently, the client assumes full responsibility for their accuracy. Any changes required due to incorrect measurements will result in additional charges.

·       Once Alluring Window has taken measurements and the client has approved and signed the estimate, any modifications made to window frames or site conditions after that point are the client’s responsibility and may incur extra charges for adjustments to the ordered products.

·       Blackout Notice: To achieve full blackout with roller shades, your order must include: sill angle, side channels, fascia/pocket, and top/back cover. Without these components, full blackout cannot be guaranteed due to necessary side clearances.

Order Review & Invoice

·       The client is responsible for carefully reviewing the invoice before signing and submitting a deposit.

Credit Card Convenience Fee

·       A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.

Product Warranty

·       Alluring Window offers a 1-year warranty on products installed by us per manufacturer’s instructions.

·       Manufacturer warranties apply beyond this period as per their terms.

·       Service calls after the warranty period are subject to a $275 fee.

Insurance

·       Insurance documents will be provided upon request.

·       The client must supply their building’s insurance requirements in advance.

Labor, Installation & Electrical

·       All installations are performed by Alluring Window personnel.

·       For motorized installations:

o   Electrical wiring and connections are solely the client’s responsibility and must be performed by a licensed electrician, hired either directly by the client or via Alluring Window.

o   Alluring Window will provide wiring diagrams and coordinate with the electrician.

·       Removal of old window treatments is not included. If our team assists, any damage caused during removal is at the client’s risk.

·       Disposal of old treatments: We will dispose of them in the building’s designated disposal area. If none is available, disposal is the client’s responsibility. Our team will not remove them from the premises.

Production Lead Time

·       Typical lead time for orders under 10 items is 3–5 weeks from deposit receipt.

·       Orders exceeding 10 items will have a custom lead time based on project scope and material availability.

·       Note: Lutron and Mecho products may have extended lead times.

 

Storage Fees

·       Once your order is ready, Alluring Window will contact you to schedule installation.

·       If no installation is scheduled within 3 months, a storage fee of $75 per month will apply (unless otherwise agreed by Alluring Window).

Sales Tax

·       Sales tax is applicable to all orders unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

Payment Terms & Cancellation

·       Deposit: 50% due at signing.

·       Final Balance: Due before installation or delivery is confirmed. No installation will be scheduled without full payment.

·       All products are custom-made and non-refundable.

·       Order cancellations are not permitted after submission and require full payment.

·       A credit card must be provided for our records regardless of deposit payment method.

·       If final payment is not received within 3 days post-installation, the credit card on file will be charged for the outstanding balance.

Installation Appointment Policy

·       Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will incur a $100 fee.

·       The client (or an authorized representative) must be present at installation to address any concerns, approve the work, and finalize payment. If a representative will be present instead, Alluring Window must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Post-Installation Adjustments

·       Any adjustments requested after the installer has left the premises will be subject to a $250 service fee.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between Alluring Window and the client. No verbal statements, representations, or promises shall be binding unless included in this agreement.

Vick Persuad, is Alluring Window’s installations manager. In the custom window treatments industry the technician is an artist, If you like what we produced for you, it’s 50% thanks to Vick. The technician holds a critical position, where the result of our effort depends solely on his hands. Vick been with us since 2014 and he is an authority in the company for product knowledge and functionality.

Sales Department

Sales Department -Besides being professional and knowledgeable about all the different window treatments options, their operation and function, we care for the client’s project on a personal level. We live the axiom that – After the project is completed, our name stays there, so we always inspire to leave a good name behind us. This way of thinking is what characterize Alluring Window Sales Department.

Moria Leiderman

Principal & Marketing Executive

Moria is a principal of Alluring Window and directs Branding & Marketing, overseas Commercial Projects and play a key role in strategic planning. Moria joined Alluring Window in 2013 and has a vital position in Alluring Window, both for the day to day as well for the businesses development. Moria received a Bachelor of Social Sciences & Psychology from Bar Ilan University in Israel and a Master of Psychology from the City University of New York.

Roni Leiderman

Business Development & Project Manager

Roni started Alluring Window in 2009. Alluring Window had become one of NYC’s established and most prominent custom window treatments locations. Working with end users, interior design firms, architects, hotels, NYC offices and construction companies.
Current role includes oversight and advising on operational issues, as well as a key role in the company’s ongoing multi-phase projects and business development.
